Every project we take on moves through four stages. They are not departments. They are the order in which good work tends to happen.
Think. We start by understanding the problem. Who it is for, what has been done before, and where the real opportunity sits. This is where strategy lives.
Direct. Then we set the direction: the concept, the tone, the story. One clear point of view that every later decision can be checked against.
Create. Now we make. Identity, design, motion, film, content. Craft is where the idea either survives or falls apart, so we give it the time it needs.
Produce. Finally we bring it into the world. Shoots, delivery, rollout and everything that has to go right on the day.
Why the order matters
Skipping a step doesn't save time. It just moves the problem further down the line.
The stages overlap, and sometimes we loop back. But keeping them in this order is how a project stays connected from the first idea to the final frame.
