Who we are
Creative Club Cult (CCC) is a creative company based in Indonesia. When this policy says "we", it means CCC. Questions about your data go to hello@creativeclubcult.com.
What we collect
Only what you send us. Through the contact form: your name, email, company, preferred way of contact and what your project is about, including timeline and budget if you share them. Through the careers form: your name and contact details, location, the crafts you offer, how you like to work, languages, portfolio links, any files you upload (such as a CV or portfolio) and your message.
We don't use advertising or tracking cookies on this website. To see how many people visit and which pages they read, we use Vercel Web Analytics. It sets no cookies and doesn't identify you: it counts page visits together with the referring site and your country, browser and device type, and we only see the totals.
Why we keep it
To answer your message, to review your application, and to get in touch when a role or a production fits what you do.
Job applications and our creative network are kept apart. If you apply for a role or an internship, we use your details for that application only. If you sign up as a collaborator or vendor, your details go into our creative network: a private list we use to find the right people for our projects. Signing up doesn't mean you've been hired, and nothing about you is made public.
Where it lives
Form messages and files are stored with Supabase, on servers in Singapore. The website itself is served by our hosting provider. When you send a form, the CCC team receives its contents by email through our email provider, Resend. Only members of the CCC team can open what you send.
Who sees it
The CCC team. We never sell your data. If we'd like to put you forward to a client for a project, we ask you first.
How long we keep it
Messages from the contact form: up to two years after our last conversation. Careers applications and network profiles: until you ask us to remove them, or after three years without contact.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it at any time. Write to hello@creativeclubcult.com from the email address you used and we'll take care of it.
Changes
If we change how we handle your data, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
